Scott has over 10 years of recruiting experience in the food and beverage industry. Over those 10 years, he has successfully completed recruiting assignments on projects requiring 30 or more candidates for a single company, as well as numerous senior to mid-level management assignments for Fortune 500 companies as well as small, privately-held organizations.
Scott takes the time to get to know his clients, their culture and the specific needs of each assignment. He works closely with each client to insure only the top qualified candidates are presented. He truly understands the value of his clients time and respects that time. His detail-oriented approach to recruiting has proven beneficial to both clients and candidates.
He learns as much as possible about each candidate and their family prior to presenting them for an assignment including; career goals, what type of organization they will best succeed with, geographic locations that will meet the family's needs, past successes in the work place and exactly what they are looking for in their next opportunity.
